Why were these business challenges not communicated earlier?

We recognize this as a point of improvement in Thrive Agric given the inconvenience and frustration it has caused our subscribers. We hoped we would manage operations without disrupting on time, and we were unprepared for the worst-case scenario. We are working on improving communications now.
