How did Thrive Agric factor in the special consideration given to agribusinesses by the government?

Lockdown and border restrictions greatly hampered our ease of doing business in the past 6 months as COVID Essential Services Permits were not immediately available at the start of the lockdown. In that timeframe, we lost two harvests (May 2020 and July 2020) across multiple crops and livestock. We would have lost the December 2020 harvest as well had we not eventually received permits.
