Why does my dashboard show “COMPLETED” when I haven't received my payouts?

The notification was designed to change to ‘COMPLETED’ at the end of a farming cycle. This would then trigger payments, which are a separate step. So while the farming cycle is indeed completed, we do recognize that this does not mean your payout has been made. As we have never been late with payouts in the past the years, we now see the need to report on payouts separately. We will account for this in a future update of the platform. Please note that we are tracking all delayed payouts and continue to work towards paying them.
